Wood decaying fungi has been used to produce an enzymatic surnatant extracted from cultivation medium. This was a not purified liquid used as catalyst in low temperature treatment of wood flour .This treatment was set in order to functionalize wood surface thus improving adeshion in plastic composites. In order to achieve biografting of phenolic compounds with lignin contained in fibre wall several molecules were examined.Glycine showed the most eco-friendly feature and greatest processing capability. The liquor containing several extracellular enzymes was extracted from liquor of fungi Phanerocaethe Flavido Alba and mixed with mediators compounds to increase activity of ligninolytic enzymes. At the end of treatment wood flour have been processed with polypropylene and two different coupling agents to build wood-plastic composite a concept class of eco-frendly material.
